The Brand manual identifies a lot about the organisation. A strong corporate image can make a good impression on the public and partners. It is important, therefore, that The Global Business Roundtable maintains a strong corporate identity on all internal and external documents and materials.
The corporate identity is designed to help staff, members and contractors apply the corporate identity correctly, from which font is used, logo usage and publications.
The communications Directorate should be your port to call when producing any official printed documents or materials, for correct use of the logo and corporate colours.
WHEN SHOULD ONE REFER TO THE BRAND MANUAL?
These guidelines apply to all communications including:
• The Global Business Roundtable Logo
• Letterheads and all stationary
• Internal and external signs
• Publications and leaflets
• Advertising (incl; job advertisements)
• Typeface/ Font for all internal and external documents
• Staff uniforms
• Corporate gifts
• Printed reports, agendas and strategies
• All documents published on-line
• Exhibition materials
Consistent placement of the The Global Business Roundtable logo will establish the brand’s ownership of the communication — it is a vital part of our marketing materials. Great care should be taken when following the guidelines for the use of our primary logo.
THE LOGO MUST BE PRESENT ON ALL MATERIALS WITH VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS – As the primary graphic identity for the company, the master logo must appear on all communications, including print materials, advertisements, stationery, websites, and most social media announcements.
USE THE LOGO WITH RESTRAINT – One instance of the logo is typically enough per piece of communication. Repeating the logo throughout a communication or using it as a graphic element as opposed to a mark can lessen its importance and purpose.
NEVER ALTER THE LOGO IN ANY WAY – There are several variations and approved presentations of the logo to be used for specific purposes. Do not manipulate the logo with the use of extraneous embellishments, colors, or other graphic elements.
NEVER ALTER THE LOGO IN ANY WAY
There are several variations and approved presentations of the logo to be used for specific purposes. Do not manipulate the logo with the use of extraneous embellishments, colors, or other graphic elements.
To keep our brand consistent, the logo uses simple colours if used on other material, external references etc.
Only the five colours represented on the logos will be accepted (See brand colours on page.), Any other colour will be regarded as a fake or will not be approved.
