The GBR Women of Character is modelled by the Proverbs 31 woman. Some of the things that stand out are her industriousness, her lack of idleness, her servant heart, her willingness to work, and her good care of her home and family. Verse 10 of the chapter mentions her “excellence” or her being “virtuous”. Her inner virtue is reflected by her actions, words, behaviour, etc. It is having the virtues of God in her life. She is living and exemplifying that character. The character of a Godly woman amongst other things, speaks of a gentle and quiet spirit; kind, pure, submissive, reverent in behaviour, and teaching that which is good.
